Getting to know Noel Sheldon

Noel fell in love with Palm Springs over fifteen years ago, when after visiting for the first time he and his husband purchased their first condominium in the Rose Garden Community. He quickly found that seasonal visits to Palm Springs from Minnesota simply wouldn’t do, so he made the permanent move in 2017 and began his real estate career in earnest. Noel’s experience in relocating to Palm Springs mirrors that of many of his clients.



Before making the move to Palm Springs, Noel enjoyed a 25-year career as a lighting designer in St. Paul, Minnesota. It was there that Noel perfected his customer service skills by working closely with builders, designers and customers. Noel accrued intimate knowledge of the ins-and-outs of construction, and discovered his passion for architecture; this experience is readily apparent in Noel’s relationship to real estate in Palm Springs. Noel augments his keen eye for design with insight into the subtleties of the local market and geography.



A caring and patient advocate, Noel understands the anxiety that comes with purchasing a property, and strives to make the experience stress-free and, as it should be, enjoyable. He backs up his passion for real estate with a no-nonsense approach to pricing models and the underlying financials. He is dedicated to his clients and is a strong advocate throughout the buying and selling process, including long after the papers have been signed.
